LLUNA & Co Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Once you place an order with LVNA & Co, our team immediately begins processing it. Because of the efficiency of our preparation process, we cannot cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Non-Personalized Returns
At LVNA & Co, our goal is to bring inspiration and happiness with every piece. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your non-personalized item(s), you may return them within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this 30-day window. Please note that all returns may be subject to a return and/or restocking fee.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
International Returns
- At this time, we do not support international returns.
- All international orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Personalized Returns
Because personalized items are uniquely created for each customer, we cannot accept returns for these products. However, if you receive a personalized item that is defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
If you are unhappy with a personalized item, please email our customer service team at support@llunaco.com, and we will do our best to make it right.
Note: Once you place a personalized order, we begin working on it immediately and cannot accept cancellations for these items.
Return/Exchange Instructions
To request a return, store credit, or exchange, please email support@llunaco.com with your order information.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.
- We’ll also let you know if your return is approved or rejected based on our policy.
- If approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit accordingly.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
Refunds
To request a refund, email support@llunaco.com and follow the return instructions. Again, all returns may be subject to a return and/or restocking fee.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll get an email notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued, and a credit automatically applied to your original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contacting your credit card company, as refunds may take additional processing time before appearing.
- Contacting your bank directly; they may require extra time before posting a refund.
