Shipping Policy
Production
How long until my order is made and shipped out?
- Some pieces are ready to ship right away, while others require additional production time.
- Each product page includes a Shipping Estimate to give you an idea of when you can expect your order to arrive. You can find this estimate above the “Add to Cart” button.
Already completed a purchase?
- Check your Order Confirmation email and click on the “View your order” button to see the status of each item and its estimated delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery Window
- Our estimated delivery dates factor in both production time and standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping generally takes 2–9 business days after production is complete.
- Depending on your order and location, Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) may be available at checkout.
Note: Delivery estimates are primarily for orders within the U.S. International shipping times will vary by carrier and destination.
Shipping
Multiple Items
- If your order contains multiple items, we’ll ship each item as soon as it’s ready. This means you may receive more than one package.
- You’ll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.
U.S. Shipping Times
Once your items have been produced, they’re passed to our shipping partners. Estimated shipping times vary by method:
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days from the shipping date
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (not guaranteed) from the shipping date
Note: Expedited shipping is not available for all items or regions. You’ll see the option at checkout if your order qualifies. Expedited shipping only affects transit time—it does not reduce production time.
International Shipping Times
- We ship many of our designs worldwide; however, not all products are available in all countries.
- During checkout, you can enter your address to see if your location is eligible for international delivery.
- Please keep in mind that some carriers (such as USPS) may take several weeks for international transit. Tracking details may stop once the package leaves the U.S., as it is then transferred to your local postal service.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Lost package?
- If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you can’t locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier first—they may have marked it prematurely or require more information.
- If you still need assistance after contacting the carrier, please email us at the contact page, and we’ll be happy to help.
Shipping Estimates
- Shipping estimates are based on average delivery times in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude holidays.
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or you have additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at through the contact page.
